The quiet week after a trial is not a mystery

In three diagnostics this year the unpaid date sat seven or fourteen days after the last genuine use. Operators arrived convinced the cliff was “conversion.” The extract showed a quieter story: people had already missed the class, the lesson, or the delivery slot they joined for. Payment was a leftover courtesy.

When we later spoke with leavers, almost none described a dramatic decision. They described a week when the reminder still arrived and the thing they wanted did not. If your trial is seven days, ask who notices silence on day three. If nobody does, the diagnostic will keep finding the same cliff.
