Clinic day

A clinic day is for teams who already hold an extract and need a day of shared reading, not a three-week diagnostic. We host in the George Town studio when we can; video is possible if travel is honest to refuse.

Who should sit in the room

Bring the person who owns renewal, the person who writes or sends reminders, and someone from the desk that greets members. Five people is the ceiling. Founders are welcome if they will stay for the disagreeing part, not only the opening.

What to send four working days before

A cohort from one cycle: joins, paid, paused, unpaid, cancelled, reminder dates, and any known outage or festival pause. Names redacted. A two-paragraph history of the last price change. If you cannot say when reminders actually went out, say that; we will spend the morning on clocks instead of reasons.

How the hours run

Morning is reconstruction: we lay dates on paper, including Malaysian public holidays. After lunch (you arrange your own) we name disagreements and write what the room can stand behind. We do not produce a long report. You leave with photographed pages and a one-page typed note the next working day.

What it is not

It is not a training course with certificates. It is not a tour of our office plants. It will not replace exit conversations if you have never heard a leaver speak.
