Tell us which membership is losing people, which billing cycle you care about, and whether we may speak with leavers. We read notes in English. A reply goes out within two working days, often sooner if you are asking only for a clinic-day date.

If the work is not a fit — too many memberships at once, or a request to install software — we will say no in the same window rather than keep the thread polite and empty.
