Churn diagnostic
One membership, one billing cycle, exit sample, two working sessions, written brief. Extra cycles or travel outside Penang are estimated after we see the extract.

Clinic day
A facilitated day in George Town (or video) with up to five people from your side. Extracts must arrive four working days prior. Lunch is not included.

Operator briefing
Four hours plus a two-page note. Suitable only if you already hold a usable cohort extract.

Script, rehearsal, and observed first calls. Does not include a full diagnostic.

Fees are quoted in ringgit and are informational. There is no checkout on this site. Mixed work — for example a diagnostic that later needs a second clinic day — is written as a short estimate before we start. We do not sell monthly access.
What moves a quote: a second membership, a second language for transcripts, travel beyond Penang Island, or a cycle so messy that week one is only cleaning. What does not move it: the size of your logo.
Deposits hold calendar time. If you need to move a clinic day, the refund page explains when the deposit can follow you to a new date.
