Privacy notice

Service Studio is the controller for personal information sent through this website and through email to hello@servicestudio.click. We work from Level 7, 51 Placeholder Road, George Town 00000. Questions about this notice can use the same address or phone +60 4 0000 6520.

What we collect

Enquiry forms ask for name, email, optional engagement type, optional preferred week, and a message. If you commission work we also receive membership extracts you send, and notes from exit conversations you authorise. We do not ask for identity card numbers, health records, or payment-card details on this site.

Why we hold it

We reply to enquiries, perform the commissioned reading, invoice, and keep records required for Malaysian tax and dispute handling. Cookie preferences are stored on your device as described in the cookie notice.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to twelve months, then deleted from mailboxes we control. Engagement files are kept for two years after the brief is delivered, unless a longer period is required for accounting. You may ask for earlier deletion of conversation notes where the law allows.

Rights

Depending on applicable law you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to restrict our use of it. Write to hello@servicestudio.click. We may need to confirm it is you. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.

Sharing

We use an email host and, if you pay by bank transfer, our bank sees the payer name you supply. We do not sell lists. Facilitators named on the about page may see files needed for the engagement.

International transfers

If a video desk or email host stores a copy outside Malaysia, we still apply this notice and limit the fields we send. We will say so in the engagement confirmation when a named tool sits abroad.

Children

This site is not directed at children. Membership extracts should not include children’s contact details unless the operator is the parent or guardian commissioning the work and the child is not asked to join an exit call.
