Engagement

Operator briefing

A half-day with the people who own renewal, welcome, and support, reading one cohort together until the disagreement is named.

Small group workshop around a table with printed pages

Facilitated half-day · Four hours plus a two-page note · George Town studio preferred; video possible · RM 1,900

Some teams already keep tidy extracts. What they lack is a morning when renewal, welcome, and support sit still long enough to disagree in front of the same page. The operator briefing is that morning.

You send one cohort in advance: joiners in a defined week, who paid, who paused, who left, and the reminder dates. We prepare a simple sequence of questions. In the room we do not present a finished theory. We walk the dates, mark festival weeks and outages, and write the disagreements on paper. You leave with a two-page note of what the room could agree on, and what it could not.

This is not a substitute for a full diagnostic. If you have never spoken to a leaver, we will say so and point you to the longer engagement.
